Failure Message to start apache after installation

(OS 10048)Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted.  : make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80 no listening sockets available, shutting down

Solution:

Just make sure that Skype is turned off (quit skype). in fact skype is also listening at port 80. that is why apache can not use same port and can not start.
